Welcome to GrapeTime, a time management utility provided by Dallas Digital ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using GrapeTime, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts & Access
Users must create an account to use GrapeTime.
Business accounts can manage user accounts they pay for, including restrictions on access and usage.
Personal accounts remain independent and cannot be restricted by business administrators.
No age requirement is set for using the app.

Subscription & Payments
GrapeTime operates on a freemium model:
 - Free for individual users with sharing limits.
 - Paid plans for businesses based on the number of users.
Monthly and yearly subscription options are available, with auto-renewal enabled by default.
No trial period is offered beyond the free personal account.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and will not be provided for change of mind or misunderstandings.

Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use GrapeTime for illegal activities.
- Engage in spam or abusive behavior.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the software in an unauthorized manner.
- Violate the intended use of GrapeTime as a productivity tool.

Geographical Restrictions
GrapeTime is available worldwide with no country-specific restrictions.

Data Handling & Privacy
User data is not collected for promotional purposes.
Businesses may nominate an email address to receive promotional or status updates, but no personal data is used for marketing.
All user data is stored in our database but is never sold or shared with third parties.

Content Ownership & Moderation
Users and/or their associated business own the content they create within GrapeTime.
Content is in the form of text-based to-do lists and is not actively moderated.
We reserve the right to delete or modify content if it is reported or found to violate our policies.

Liability & Disclaimers
GrapeTime is hosted on third-party online platforms that provide uptime guarantees, but we are not liable for any downtime.
Regular backups are taken, and we will attempt to restore lost data where possible.
We are not responsible for data loss due to user actions (e.g., accidental deletion or malicious employee activity). A recovery fee may apply in such cases.
We provide no warranties or guarantees and limit liability for any damages.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Users will be notified of changes via in-app notifications or email (if provided).

Account Cancellation & Data Deletion
Users can cancel their accounts at any time.
Upon cancellation, all user data will be permanently deleted.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
GrapeTime operates under a fair-use policy.
Users may not take legal action against Dallas Digital regarding the use of the application.
This application is intended as a simple utility for productivity, and no formal arbitration or legal proceedings will be recognized.
